Singer and actress Lea Salonga has one of the most recognizeable voices in Broadway. She first made her major stage debut in London’s West End when she played the role of Kim in Miss Saigon. In 1993, she played Eponine in Les Miserables. She would later return to the production to play Fantine. Salonga also joined the cast of numerous Broadway productions like Flower Drum Song, Allegiance, and her most recent Stephen Sondheim’s Old Friends. Salonga also lent her voice to many Disney films, including singing as Jasmine in Alladin and in Mulan. Salonga has won numerous awards for her work, including a Tony Award, a Laurence Olivier Award and a Drama Desk Award.
