We have had the pleasure of seeing sold out room shows of Jason Isbell perform his huge hits such as Cover Me Up, If We Were Vampires, 24 Frames, Something More Than Free and Alabama Pines. His music always carries so much weight in a live setting and you can see why he is one of the biggest and best singer-songwriter’s in the Americana world. He has just released his new album Weathervanes (2023) and is as busy as ever composing and arranging music. He was awarded another Grammy for Best Americana Album in 2024. He will likely perform new material from his album as well as other compositions. Six-time Grammy winner Jason Isbell has won Best Americana Album for “Something More Than Free” (2016), “The Nashville Sound” (2018) and “Weathervanes” (2024). He has also won Best American Roots Song for “24 Frames” and “If We Were Vampires.” That’s probably why publications including Nashville Scene, Rolling Stone Country and others have named him Artist of the Year.

The Winspear Opera House 2403 Flora Street Dallas, TX 75201 World class concerts in a majestic setting The Harwood International Performing Arts Center, home to Texas Opera and Ballet, features plush fixed seating in five levels of orchestra, mezzanine, grand tier and two upper tiers. The state of the art acoustic design of the hall preserves the integrity of sound in the 2,200 seat performance space. Cafes and Concessions are available throughout the Performing Arts Center. Guests may also dine in the pre-dinner venue, the Skyline Terrace. The Eugene McDermott Concert Hall and the stagehouse and audience areas of the Wyly Theatre are situated on levels 1-5. On level 6, guests may dine in the pre-dinner cocktail venue, the Skyline Terrace, or enjoy the panoramic view of the city from the elegant courtyard of two of the largest cisterns ever built. The Performing Arts Center is located in the AT&T Performing Arts Center in the Arts District in downtown Dallas – home to the spectacular 75 foot long, 40 ton crystal chandelier. Please note that parking spaces are limited and therefore we strongly advise pre-paying for parking. Plenty of street parking and off-street parking lots are also available within walking distance to the Winspear Opera House in the Dallas Arts District.
